Creating originally designed, Intarsia style wood crafts, including angel figurines, Christmas tree decorations, chess sets, bird houses and jewelry boxes, is the most recent art endeavor for Arvella Mildbrand of Medford, Wisconsin. Arvella's life long artistic background has provided the groundwork for her mastery of this ancient craft, Intarsia.
All pieces for sale here are Arvella's original designs and many of the Arvella's AngelsTM pieces are Trademark and copyright protected. The various woods used to create these pieces provide the multiple colors and grains (none of the wood is stained) and because of that no two Intarsia creations will be identical. When properly cared for, these collectable art pieces can be passed on for generations.
